    SSSsoooo, who are we you ask? We are an ambitious bunch of young artists working to bring you some great animated and artistic material! We at SPARK-FLOW STUDIOS, LLC are devoted towards creating awesome animations, engaging stories, and even captivating motion graphics when it suits our fancy! So check us out! We founded in November 2009 and have been working very hard in delivering our first original product, a 22-minute series pilot called "Pumpk & Cham and Pai", the story of two scarecrows who meet a curious young witch and the fantastic adventures that ensue! But that's not the only project we have in mind...

F.A.Q.'s

1) Hey, so what IS Pumpk & Cham and Pai?

-- Glad you asked! It's the story of two vagabond scarecrows and a whimsical teenage witch who travel the world to become the scariest monsters that have ever lived! It's a 22-minute animated pilot that we're pushing to make into a full-blown television series!

2) Wow, okay so I'm seeing this, uhh, P.C. & P. thing instead of your so-called animation. What gives? Are you guys liars or something?

-- N-nooo? We most certainy are not liars, we were raised better than that! There's two versions of "Pumpk & Cham and Pai". The first is what you see on this site as P.C. & P. and essentially, that is simply an online comic version of (second) the animation that will be released later on this year. You'll basically be watching (or reading) two different episodes of the same overall plot; same characters, same locations, same concept but the comic and animation will follow their own dynamic story arcs.

3) So... where IS you animation? I wanna see it... like NAO!! *FOAMS*

-- Ew? Don't foam all over the internet please. We have a teaser available on our facebook page. Go ahead, fan us! We'll be done in the fall. Animation is a long process but so you guys aren't sitting on your hands, we decided a comic may help tide you all over. Aren't we nice?

4) Your website's kinda cool in some parts... in other parts... well, some things are broken.

-- Thats not a question.

R-right. Um, can you fix those things that dont work on your website?

-- We're working on it. We've noticed the bugs too and instead of getting a web designer and paying them oodles of money that could (AND IS) being used to pay our animators, we decided to use a site-builder. We're satisfied thus far with the results but we know it can (and WILL) be better. Thanx for your patience and keen, eagle eye!

5) I RREEALLY LIKE CHAM... or PAI... OR PUMPK... or whatever your characters' names are! I wanna use them in MY comic/ animation!

-- Uhhhhhhhhh...

CAN I? CAN I? HUH? CAN I? PWWEEEEAAASSEE??

-- NO. I MEAN... sorry, that was rude. What I meant to say was "Thanx for liking our characters! We really do appreciate you taking out the time to actually look us up and check out our work! But, we're an officially certified and authorized animation studio. The majority of us do work freelance but still, all of our material is copyright-protected, which essentially means by LAW, everything we make belongs to us with the money that follows through merchandise and purchase."

"While we are completely confident in your ability to draw our characters, and while the director doesn't really mind fanart, please don't take our characters, put them in your cartoon/comic/ice cream truck and try to pass them off as your own. -- Those arent words. Are you asking us to hire you? Is that what's happening?

PLEASE?

-- Wow. We're excited to see so many people wanting to get in on the action to help build our next animation!  And while we greatly appreciate your eagerness AND your mad skillz in wanting to join our freelance squad, we're already exhausting our budget making sure "Pumpk & Cham and Pai" is as shiny as possible! With additional cash and resources, we'd hire every cool artist in the DC, MD, VA area. But we simply cannot. However, you may indeed shoot us a resume anyway. Who knows? We might change our mind if you make the case strong enough!

ILL WORK FOR FREE.

-- No dice. Even our cheapest artists get paid in some way, shape or form. We dont believe in gaining work for little to no wares. Times are tough, yes. But if you want to work for us, we insist we simply must pay you. It's actually the law too. If we do not have the money, we can't give it to you. Sorry.

-- That's an immature thing to say... but this statement is somewhat answered in the next question...

7) You have a store but it's not working! What's up with that?

-- We do indeed have a store, however it is not open yet. It is also a Work-In-Progress.

We'll be selling clever little items that advertise who we are and what we've done like T-Shirts, Soundtracks, Books and Buttons and a Nik-Nak Patty-Whack-

-- I see what you did there. Long story short, you'll be able to buy some cool little items soon and that's a good way to help us pay our animators and any potential new talent that makes itself available!

8) I wanna be a voice on your show when it comes out!

-- Well we're always looking for new talent! You have to be good though, real good! Send us your headshots and voice demos to info@sparkflowstudios.com! If we have a role that fits, we'll hold auditions and invite you in when the funds become available!
